Class Policies


To register for a class, please phone the store, 336-274-6793, or come by. A supply list will be given to you when you sign up.
Our classes are designed for students 16 and older.
Supplies are not included in the class fee unless so stated. We make every effort to keep the cost of our classes at a reasonable fee and to insure customer satisfaction. In order for us to do this, we encourage you to purchase your class supplies from us. Our classes start on time. Please have all your supplies purchased before the class begins.

Payment for a class is required when you register. You may also phone the store and pay with a debit or credit card.

Cancellations must be received at least one week (7 days) prior to the start of a class for a refund to be given. If you are unable to attend a class, we are happy to transfer you to another class or issue a credit or refund if we are notified one week prior to the starting date. Instructors reserve the right to cancel a class if the minimum attendance requirements are not met. A full refund will be given for any class canceled by the instructor.

Inclement Weather Policy: If Guilford County Schools are closed, all classes that day will be canceled and rescheduled. If Guilford County Schools call for a 2-hour delay, we will have the class as scheduled.
